|Recommended: YesGood reviews for once — Raintree is a good place to live. Maintenance team is quick and respectful, and they solve problems. The apartments have been renovated, its little more than a blochy pain job and cheap furniture, but what would you expect Even so, with two bathrooms there is plenty of time to get ready for class, and a decent sized kitchen that makes home made meals possible. The communicate really well and offer activities from time to time.

|Recommended: YesAdvice — I wish maintenance was faster and that communication was clearer. The raintree resident portal is super glitchy and doesn't work well.
