|Recommended: YesSo far, so great — I've enjoyed leaving at Raintree so far it's been really good Really well kept, nice clubhouse and pool. Easy to fill out a small maintenance request.

|Recommended: YesInspection — Overall, this feels like it will be a good place to live. My only real complaint is that the people who came and mopped our floors, because one of our roommates was a previous tenant who renewed their contract and left a huge mess in the apartment over the summer, didn't do anything about the massive heap of garbage sitting in the corner, and I felt like they could have removed it for us before leaving.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — The grounds are very clean, the staff are very nice and helpful, the check-in was good, the only problem was the apartment was pretty dirty when we moved in.

|Recommended: YesVery nice — I am liking it so far, the only annoying thing is when you come back at night and someone is in your reserved parking spot and you have no way of contacting them therefore having to park farther away in a different parking lot. There should be a better way to communicate with others about parking when the office isn't open.

|Recommended: NoHad some troubles, but a good home — Moving in confusion, and aparment matenience. But its a good home otherwise. Noise is pretty quiet if you have the rigbt roomates. And the whole raintree lot is pretty clean.
