|Recommended: YesHighly Recommended — I love living at Raintree because the staff here is super helpful, its a very social atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to get to know people, the laundry room is great. There is also a hot tub and commons room which are great if you want to make new friends and get to know people.

|Recommended: YesConstruction Abound — Getting in and out was a little difficult due to construction around the area. Move in process was painless, which was really refreshing. Did not have the opportunity to directly interact with staff yet, but they have obviously made themselves very available. A lot of social events are put on by staff, and their communication is consistent and helpful. I really look forward to living here for my contract.

|Recommended: YesOverall a great place to live — I've been a raintree for a bit now, they have amazing amenities, like a club house, hot tub, and a gym. I have very few complaints. The apartments themselves have minor damage to them, but nothing major. For example, our mirror is broken in the bedroom and there are a few scratches on the doors, but other than that the apartment is well maintained. The price is cheaper than anything else I could find, and the quality is up there with many of the apartments in the area. Both UVU and BYU have shuttles that arrive at the property every 15 minutes, which is a great way to get to campus. My only complaint is that before I was able to do my move in inspection, it was removed from the website. I have the pictures I was struggling with putting them onto the website, when it kicked me out. I tried again the next day, but it was taken off of their website. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fill it out days prior because I was at BYU orientation. My roommate was also unable to fill out the inspection.
|Recommended: YesOverall Great Place — Overall this has been a great start to moving out. There are a few things we hope to be able to get fixed in the apartments but the overall apartment situation and living conditions are amazing.
