|Recommended: YesOverall Great — This is my first time moving into an apartment but for what the price is to stay here I’m enjoying it so far. I didn’t like that I have to reserve a parking spot and pay an extra 35 dollars but because it’s right in front of my apartment I’m okay with it.
|Recommended: YesGreat Environment — I have enjoyed the staff and their energy they have at the apartment activities. From what I have heard, the staff is quick at responding to work orders and they get things fixed ASAP. The organization of the staff allows fun activities to get to know other residents easily.
|Recommended: YesCheap but missing things — Rent is cheaper than lots of other places. Lots of room for 6 people. The only problem is that there is no laundry machines per unit, rather it is public and has to be paid for.

|Recommended: YesOverall Maintenance — Our apartment has had many unique quirks and attributes and Greg, our maintenance guy, has been super helpful with everything. It has been super comforting knowing he’s there to help us with whatever we need. Truly a wonderful man

|Recommended: YesMostly good — Raintree has been overall a good experience so far. I would say that it has been a good place to live for my first time living on my own. I personally would not want to live here long term but for my first couple semesters it has been good so far. The only legit complaint I have is that the power in the gym has gone out a handful of times, sometimes for days in a row. Which effects me a lot personally because I'm a runner and love to use the treadmills. However, this issue has been a lot better lately and I have appreciated the cooperation of the staff to get the issue resolved. Overall, Raintree has great people and a great environment

|Recommended: NoRough — The overall social atmosphere is great, however, more than 500 month for a shared room with 5 other guys is more than what it's worth. There are also all sorts of hidden fees such as mycreddit lift and renters plus which pop up in your monthly rent. The cost of utilities at 45 person is also absurd. The overall management is difficult. The cleaning and apartment inspections are also low-quality and often result in unnecessary charges being added to your account. If you have lots of money, are willing to sacrifice personal space, and are cool with randomly being charged 10 in the middle of the month you'll be okay. Otherwise, I would not recommend living here.
